Cotton Candy Carnival Dress

This listing is for the Cotton Candy Carnival Dress w/ Cotton Candy Carnival Fabric Flower headband, The CCCDress has a criss cross front and straps. The straps are stretch lace for extra comfort, there is also stretch lace trim on the bottom of the dress.

The Cotton Candy Carnival Fabric Flower headband is stretch lace also, the fabric flower is not detachable.
