* These crafts are all made by hand and as such there is an expectancy for some level of imperfection which is what makes each hand crafted item unique and special. 

* Payments: I accept PayPal. Payment must be made within two business days.

* Shipping: I generally will ship your item within three days after I have received your payment; give or take a day or two depending on my case load. If you have an custom order then we will discuss a turn around time that is suitable for us both. I use USPS for shipping. I will provide you with a confirmation number.

** Please make sure your address in Paypal is correct. This is where I will be shipping your purchase**

* Refunds: All sales are final. Under some circumstances, if you are completely unhappy with your purchase contact me and I will work with you on an exchange. I will use my discretion as to whether an exchange is necessary on a case by case basis. The item must be in its original condition and you must contact within three days after receipt.  All shipping is at  the expense of the buyer and is not refundable.
