This lovely wall hanging features a geisha made in appliqué with satiny fabrics. The umbrella is made from dryer sheets and rayon threads for stitches. The Japanese symbol is the symbol for Endurance. The frame is made from heavy stabilizer that has been hand painted and stitched.
A rod pocket is sewn on the back for easy hanging.

Koi Serenity is a quilted wall hanging. The Background is curved piecing. The fish is made of individual scales hand painted and appliquéd. Fins and tail are made of two layers of organza. Some hang freely. Quilting is done with rayon and metallic thread.
