Welcome to Dolores Quilts. All of my pieces are one of a kind. I strive to make each piece with high quality fabric, batting, threads, and other materials.
I accept Paypal and credit cards (through Paypal) as methods of payment.
I will also accept money orders or checks. Your order will not be processed until payment is received. I will not hold items if payment is not received in mail within 10 days of purchase.
Items are shipped to the address provided at checkout, unless the buyer requests otherwise.
For US customers: Item(s) are shipped via USPS First Class Mail within 3 days of purchase. Other arrangements (such as Priority or Overnight mail) can be made upon request, but may require additional cost to the customer.
Orders from my store:
Refunds are offered on premade items provided the item(s) is returned in original condition within 15 days. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Custom Orders:
I promise to make every effort to create custom orders that you love and enjoy. Mock ups will be sent for your approval before custom order is created. Because of the time investment and unique designs, I am not able to refund custom orders once you have approved the mock up design.

Art has always been an important aspect of my life, even from an early age I loved to draw and write poetry. That early spark has continued to flame my love for all aspects of art. Although, I have worked in pen and ink, oil and water color, and graphite portraits, my work in fabric has elevated my work to a higher level. All art needs not only the creator, but also someone to experience it. |
