All items are thoughtfully made, and usually grow from childhood experiences, dreams, and my life today.
This said, here are my guidelines...
Payment:
I only accept PayPal at this time.
Please be sure to make your payment within 3 days of your order, or your order may be canceled (oh no!) and your item re-listed.
International customers: When shipping outside the USA, Mountains and Clouds is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes or tariffs that may be collected on your order.
Shipping:
Items will be shipped within 3 business days of ordering.
Unless otherwise requested, I will ship your item via USPS first class mail. (Other shipping options may require additional payment)
Refunds?
Generally, I will not provide a full refund, but if you are unhappy upon receipt of your item, or if it is damaged in shipping, please contact me immediately so we can discuss our options!
My top priority is your satisfaction!
about me
Originally from Wisconsin, most recently from upstate New York, and currently on O`ahu, I love making and creating things. As a professional musician, I have taught elementary school music and preschool music. Classically, English Horn and Oboe are my primary instruments, but I also enjoy playing with the Balinese Gamelan, Segara Madu, in Honolulu. This doesn't mean there is no time left for dabbling in french horn, trombone, ukulele, melodica, or whatever instruments might be wandering by at the moment! Aside from music, I've always loved to draw and paint, and have gotten into many other creative endeavors, resulting in many paintings, pendants, art dolls, ATCs, earrings, and many other fun nick-knacks. Many of these items are available here!
