Saturday is our shipping day. If there is a problem with the shipping, we will contact you, as soon as possible, via email. We ship all items USPS priority mail for the Continental USA.
For any international orders, we will ship priority mail international. Customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks, doesn't seem to happen often, but can happen.
If you want faster shipping, insurance, etc. For an additional charge, please contact us.
All items are shipped in flat rate boxes or envelopes supplied by the post office if at all possible.
We accept PayPal in US. Dollars. "You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "pay now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a credit or debit card without having to sign up for a PayPal account."
If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will assist you in any way that we can.
We will also accept money order, cashier’s check or personal check. Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
