Shipping
I ship only within the contiguous 48 states.

Usually I charge a flat fee of US $2.00 for USPS First Class mail. I will certainly combine items for the lowest shipping price.

I do not usually insure/request return receipt/request delivery confirmation; USPS certainly offers those services and I will be happy to upgrade your shipping charges to reflect those costs should you request any of those services - just drop me an email or send me a message.

If you wish your item shipped outside the 48 contiguous states I will charge actual shipping - please e-mail me for a quote and any shipping requirements.

Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase - I like to think I am sending my creations off to "find a good home" but if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your item(s) I will cheerfully refund your purchase price (not postage price, sorry) upon receipt of the item(s) in question for up to 30 days from the date I received your payment.

After 30 days refunds will be at my discretion, so e-mail me with your concerns after 30 days.

Additional Information:

I often use broken bits and pieces of old, unloved jewelry, so I frequently do not know what materials I have. If I KNOW - from a label, tag, or other official source - that I'm using Sterling silver I will list it as such, otherwise I'll use the terms "silver-coloured" or "silver-toned". The same holds true for gold - I'll used "golden-coloured" or "gold-toned" unless I KNOW otherwise.

You'll also find that I use the term "faux" a lot - same rules apply - I'll only be specific when I'm able to prove what my materials are.
