Payment Policy

Only PayPal is accepted.

Bidders must pay within 3 days of the purchase or email a valid reason for the delay. If payment is not received within 3 days of purchase, I will cancel the transaction and relist the item.

Shipping Policy The items will be sent to the email address you have registered with Meylah & PayPal. All my items are digital files and will NOT be shipped to your home.  

Please allow up to 24 hours for delivery (excluding holidays).

Our commercial use license grants the buyer one non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased image file(s). All rights, copyrights and intellectual property belong to "PIXELS Boutique".

By purchasing these images from "PIXELS Boutique" you receive a limited license to print them and use them in your completed, tangible craft projects (jewelry, clothing, fabric, magnets, cupcake toppers, cupcake wrappers, party banners, party decorations decorations, invitations, greeting cards, tags, labels, die cuts, decals, business cards -not as logo-, address labels and embroidery patterns).

POLICIES FOR DIGITAL SHEETS

YOU MAY NOT:
1. Sell, give away or distribute the images in either print or digital form (collage sheets, printed and pre-cut images, image downloads, image CDs, digital compilations, scrapbooking kits, etc)
2. Make the images available in such a manner that they could be stolen.
3. Claim the images as your own.
4. Remove the copyright notice from the digital sheets.
5. Use the images in mass production. Each sheet you purchase may be used to make up to a total of 500 items to sell. If you would like to use the sheet to make more than 500 items then contact me for a separate commercial license.

Any type of big commercial use must contact Pixels Boutique.
Graphics may not be claimed as your own.

You may NOT use for
* Collage sheets
* Clip art or AS IS
* SVG Files
* Digital File or Digital Download (digital cards may be sold in JPEG flattened images)
* Catalog use with out consent
* Contest Use without permission or must credit Pixels Boutique
* Rubber Stamps without Pixels Boutique consent
* You may not use for commercial digital scrapbooking, clipart or digital stationary.
* Collage Sheets may NOT be sold as a digital or printed page. You may not sell or share the printed collage sheets. No exceptions on collage sheets.
