- I ship to the address on the order form.
- If you would like your shipment to be upgraded to Priority or Express mail, insurance, etc., please inquire and I can make arrangements!
-Your purchase will be covered in recycled paper for protection, and packaged in an envelope. A copy of your payment and shipping information will also be included.
- I try to ship items via First-Class, however heavier items are sometimes shipped via Media Mail (since that is cheaper and won't need additional payment from you).
- You will receive a convo that day I ship your purchase and the shipping rate I have used.
-I ship once a week.
-I accept PayPal, since it's easy and safe. If you have trouble using your PayPal account, let me know.
- Payment is due upon purchase. If payment is not made within 3 days, and customer does not respond to a convo reminder, I reserve the right to cancel the sale. Cancellations should be notified in advance.
Return and Exchange Policy:
- If you are not happy with your product, I will accept your return within 7 days of receipt as long as it is returned in the same condition. Shipment will be up to you however.
-Before returning, I'd like to know what is wrong with the product, in case I can repair it!
-I am happy to accept custom orders. All work is designed, created, and signed by the artist. :)
