PAYMENT

Payment is due within  24 hours of placing your order.  Orders not paid for within this time-frame will be canceled.  

SHIPPING

Delivery confirmation is included in shipping cost for most items (noted in item description).  This service is limited to the United States. The U.S. Postal Service does not provide tracking information for shipping to most foreign countries.

Purchases are shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment and are sent via USPS.  You will be notified when your package ships and provided a delivery confirmation number.

Buying a gift?  We're happy to ship the item to the recipient at no extra cost upon payment being cleared.   Please provide the recipient’s address via convo or email when submitting your order.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We stand behind the quality of every item we sell and want you to be so delighted with your purchase that you'd buy from Unexpected Treasure again as well as recommend us to family and friends. 

We will accept returns within 10 days of your receiving the item.  However, the item must be UNUSED, in its original packaging and in sellable condition. 

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and this cost is not refundable.  However, we will refund return shipping if the item received was damaged in transit.  Refunds will be made via the same payment method you used for your purchase.
