This tutorial will get you set up and going in QuickBooks. The generic company file will jump start your set up. All you have to do is finalize the details according to your business, and I will walk you through the steps of doing just that! Once complete, you will be ready to track and report your every business dollar!

The generic company files are available for QuickBooks Pro, PC & Mac, 2008, 2009 & 2010. All directions are written using QB Pro (PC) 2009. But, prior years are either exactly the same or very close (depending on the topic at hand).

My goal is to simplify this process as much as possible. I hope to bridge the gap between a great (but sometimes confusing) accounting program and you amazing small business owners that know you can make this work!
