*Digital Image Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of digital products I cannot offer a refund on any digital purchase. All of my images are high quality 300 ppi images and there should be no issues when resizing and printing.
Please backup the files you purchase in case of computer failure. Trust me, I've learned the hard way! I am not responsible for files lost or deleted from your computer.
I will always do my best to keep my customers happy! Thank you for your interest and I hope you enjoy your visit!
Terms of Use (TOU)
Digital Image limited Use license:
All my art images are intended for your personal and small handmade business use; you are NOT PERMITTED to redistribute any of my images in whole or in part including: copying, lending, duplicating, sharing, reselling or distributing online or off.
YOU MAY use the image as an element of your cards and/or personal digital or non digital scrapbooks, or as a small part of a handmade project/craft.
YOU MAY sell your handmade cards, or handmade projects which include one or more of my images, if sold as a finished non commercial (not mass produced) unique per customer, item.
When purchasing an image from Deena Perreault/A Creative Need:
You are purchasing a personal use/limited use license and by making your purchase you agree to the following TOU:
You may not use these images to create or endorse any commercial product for resale including but not exclusive to:
embroidery or fabric designs or patterns, rubber or clear stamps, digital image cd's, or as part of a scrap kit or DIY project.
You may not use any digital image in the creation of logos or images for a blog, company or commercial website without purchase of a commercial license and/or permission from Deena Perreault.
You may not alter the original art/images and claim them as your own; they remain the property of Deena Perreault and should be credited where possible to A Creative Need or Deena Perreault.
If you are not clear on any of the above terms, or wish to inquire about obtaining a commercial license, please contact me. I am happy to discuss and clarify the terms.
