COMMERCIAL USAGE TERMS
Your purchase of any LIMITED COMMERCIAL USE product provides you one perpetual, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these clip art files for the permitted uses defined below. All other rights to the illustrations/clip art, including all copyright and intellectual property rights are retained by AiFactory.

Allows you to:-

1- Create cards , scrapbooking items , greeting cards using my stamps .
2- Create printable including party invites , cupcake toppers , banners , labels , gift wraps , tags and more . (Final file delivery in JPG file edited with customer details no templates please )
3- Your personal site's logo , banner , blog header , avatar.

5-Embroidery patterns (No digital files for sale)
6- Teachers Resources
7-Hand made jewellery

For Sale on Zazzle or cafepress kindly ask permission before using these on similar sites .

You May NOT:
• use artworks as part of a trademark or registered logo.
• Use the artwork to create digital or printed/printable art prints for sale.
• Share, give away or distribute the original files, in part or in whole, in any way.
• Use the artwork in any way that would be considered pornographic, obscene, immoral, infringing or prejudice in nature.
• Use this product in an electronic format whole or in parts that enables it to be easily copied, downloaded, distributed .
• Reproduce the illustrations or claim the illustrations as your own.
• Resell this product as part of a clip art set, digital collage sheet or as a stand-alone product.
• Use this product to create designs used on clothing and other similar items (totes, jackets, mugs etc.) for resale. you must buy an extended licenses for such use.
• Use this product to create decals , wall decor and similar if you would like a decal or wall decor using my illustrations you can purchase from my store www.decalideas.com
