Mama Bear Gets Her Colors

Story:

Once upon a time in a northwest forest lived a pale, white mama bear. She really wanted to be colorful like all the other mama bears.

Then, one day a squirrel told mama bear, if she wanted to be get the colors she needed to help someone.

Mama bear searched and searched day after day until one particular sunny day she heard a cry few feets away where she was standing.

So, she rushed to the scene of the cry. What she saw was that a baby cub who had full of colors just like rainbow. He was stuck between two rocks.

Mama bear took a branch and put it under one rock and lifted the rock as the cub could slid out. Mama bear saw that the baby was hurt, so she took the cub back to her cave and helped the cub recover.

When the cub left mama bear, mama bears fur started to turn colorful. At the end of the week, she was the most gorgeous colorful mama bear that had ever lived.

Moral: It is always great to help someone in need! Giving brings color in you.

How did i do this painting!

I did this painting on 30X16 canvas. I used many layers of colors to get the effect.  I used all light and bright colors to show the rainbow effect.

What will i do if this painting sells:

I create my paintings to help kids at children's hospital. All the proceeds will be donated to Seattle Children's Hospital.  You can either purchase or share this post with your friends. This is part of the rainbow series.
