Seattle through my Eyes

Story : I did this painting for a school competition and won the competition. I was at the space needle in downtown Seattle and we needed to get to our hotel quickly. So we got a taxi and climbed in and half a millisecond later we were on our way to our hotel. On our way I saw statues small motels but the best seen was tall buildings leaning against each other with the orange and red color back ground of the sun setting. Once we made it to our hotel my dad had to go on a call and my mom and I got some food and took it to our friend house an hour later my dad came and we had a great party.

How I created it:

I used pastels on a 8X10 canvas. I used bold colors to show my view of Seattle.

You can purchase Print of Canvas (16X20), thin gallery wrap. All proceeds are donated to Children's Hospital.

Chirag - this is such a neat painting. I love how the buildings kind of meld together and I absolutely love the taxi cabs too! You are so talented!
