Hi there and welcome to Crafted Happiness. I appreciate you stopping by to wander around my shop. I throughly enjoy creating handcrafted items of all kinds. A majority of my items are unique (no use of patterns) and no two items are reproduced exactly the same. Enjoy your stay and please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. I accept Visa & Mastercard, money orders and paypal. Most items posted are ready to ship unless stated otherwise. All New York State residents are subject to sales tax. Cancellations must be made within twenty-four hours will recieve a full refund. Cancellations made forty-eight hours after intial transaction will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If an item is not paid for within 24-hours of intial request, the item will be restocked and your invoice order cancelled.
All items are shipped via USPS and are insured for the value of purchase. You will be provided with a notification containing the tracking number upon shipment. I ship within the United States ONLY. If you are international please contact me prior to placing an order to assure I can fulfill your request. All items that are in-stock will be shipped within two business days of cleared payment. All items that are made to order will be completed and shipped within seven business days unless otherwise communicated.
All refund requests must recieve a prior approval. The items must be shipped back at buyer's expense within three business days of delivery confirmation date via USPS in the same condition it was recieved by buyer. Custom orders are subject to a 50% restocking fee and will require prior approval.
DAMAGES AND REPAIRS AT NO COST
All of my items are covered for 60- days from the delivery confirmation date via USPS. If your item becomes damaged or needs repair - I will fix it at no cost. Just contact me to arrange shipment.

Wholesale Orders and Direct Shipping are available per request. Please contact me to inquire on availability of paticular item prior to purchase.
