Do you want to hang your quilt, but don't have a hanging sleeve?  This tutorial will show you how to make one.  You will need fabric, thread and a ruler or Dritz EZY-Hem tool (very helpful).

I hope everyone had a great St. Patrick's Day!  We have a new tradition in our house for just about every holiday.  My "girls" (labrador retrievers) get a special dog collar for each holiday and special occassion.  So far I have made Christmas, Valentine's and St. Patrick's Day dog collars.  I am envisioning a patriotic collar for Memorial Day, Independence Day and Veteran's Day.  Also, a University of Florida Gator collar for football season.  The "girls" go to the office with my husband and I and the clients make a big deal of the collars.  The "girls" just love the attention!

I thought you might enjoying making these collars for your pet or as a gift for a friend's pet.  I'm thinking they could also be used to raise funds for your favorite shelter or pet rescue organization.  They are easy to make and can be made in less than a 1/2 hour once you get into a rhythm.  Please check out my second free tutorial.
