In the orient the Siamese is called "moon diamond", and has historically been treated as royalty. You will feel a touch of royalty yourself, wearing a stunning necklace that is sleek and sophisticated, while still showing off your fiery, playful side! It features 9 Swarovski pearls in a beautiful bordeaux hue, on triple strands of silver plated chain that criss-cross just above the focal. The centerpiece is comprised of three parts; A textured pewter triangle, a brass disc with an aged wine-colored patina, and the elegant feline with hand-set rhinestones in red, topaz and pink.

The Moon Diamond necklace is the first to be sold in order to raise funds for the Poppy Foundation. Founded in 2001 by veterinarian Dr. Linda Steelman, the charity provides food, shelter, medication and medical care, plus LOTS of love and attention from both the staff and a crew of volunteers, for nearly 100 cats that are unlikely to be adopted due to age or medical issues.

CUSTOM SIZING INFO: this necklace is approximately 18.5", with a focal drop of just over 2.5". To prevent the triple strands from easily twisting when you move, the connectors joining the single and triple strands needs to sit above your collar bone. If you live in Las Vegas, I would prefer to adjust the size in person.

To determine the length you need, measure from the center point of your neck to your collar bone. it is best to do this while wearing another necklace, so you know exactly where the clasp will sit on your neck, and you can get an accurate measurement. Take that measurement and subtract 1".

I'm aware that this is a complete departure from my typical style... Not that I have a clearly defined style, but I've never created anything with such a western feel to it before. 8" of red, black, and brown suede lace close with a silver plated lobster claw clasp.
