Welcome! Thank you for visiting Earth Psalts. Everything in my store is handcrafted and designed by me in a smoke free home. All work is supervised and inspected by one of four friendly (and very spoiled) felines.
Special care is always taken to ensure that your package arrives safely. However, if your item arrives damaged, I will repair or replace it. Please contact me about any damages to merchandise within 24 hours of receiving it.
Exchanges are available for all items. Exchanges on earrings will be charged a $3.00 restocking fee, as the ear wires will have to be exchanged for resale due to sanitary reasons unless I'm reusing them for you. Please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your item if you want to exchange it.
If for any other reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please let me know and we will work something out!
First of all, let me say I am HAPPY to ship to APO/FPO addresses!
No matter where you need your purchases sent, they will be shipped out by USPS once I have received payment. I really will try to get them mailed out within 2 business days, and if for any reason (like procrastination?) i am delayed, I will contact you and let you know. I'll also let ya know once it HAS shipped. I ship first class, unless you request otherwise. Additional shipping charges may apply.
If you are not comfortable using PayPal for any reason, please contact me, and we'll make arrangements for an alternate method of payment. No checks, please. I will accept wire transfers, money orders, or bank drafts (i.e. cashier's checks).
If you are local to the Las Vegas area and would like to skip the shipping charges, contact me first! I will pull your choices from my inventory and mark them as "SOLD" in my store. You can still choose to pay via paypal, but I will need to make an adjustment to the listing so that it will waive the shipping charges. Or you can pay in person using cash or money order. No checks, please, but I will be accepting credit cards in the near future.
The Last Word:
If I have pulled an item out of inventory for you, and payment is not received within 10 business days, I will cancel the order and place it back in the store for sale. Please be timely in your payment!
