1. How do I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address from where you will be shipping your product easily. After you login to your account, click on the tab "Your Settings". Select "Your Account" tab and you can change your address in this section.

2. How does Meylah calculate shipping?

When you sign up to use Meylah, you are asked to provide a mailing address. That address is used to automatically calculate shipping costs (through whichever shipping carrier you've allowed on your store, such as UPS, USPS, and Fedex) based on the shipping address your customers have provide at the point of sale on your Meylah storefront.

3. Can I prevent shipping to or receiving orders from certain countries, provinces or states?

Yes, you can choose to receive orders only from within your country or accept all international orders. At this time, you do not have the ability to prevent shipping to or receiving orders from specific states, provinces or countries although we are adding new capabilities all the time and we will keep this on our list to include.

4. My automated shipping rates seem too high/too low, how can I edit them (UPS/Fedex/USPS)?

The shipping rates are automatically calculated from the shipping carriers system so the only way to edit these rates is to increase/decrease the size and weight of your products although there is a minimum of 1 pound required for automatic shipping calculations. If your products are lightweight or small in size, you may want to use Flat Rate shipping so you can customize your own shipping costs.

5. How do I manage my shipping within PayPal?

Once you've received an order, log in to your PayPal account and verify that you've received payment. You can print shipping labels directly from PayPal if desired; you can also issue refunds through PayPal if shipping costs are lower than anticipated.
MAKE SURE to verify the shipping address that your customer entered on Meylah when they processed their payment versus any auto-populated addresses in PayPal to ensure that your customer's order is being routed to the proper location. If you are using PayPal to create shipping labels, you can adjust the recipient's address if necessary.

6. How can I enable/disable taxes or shipping requirements for my digital products?

This is taken care of automatically in the system when you select to sell a digital product. Visit this online tutorial to learn more about managing your digital products.
