LICENSE AGREEMENT




Thank you for purchasing a license for this product.


This license  only entitles the purchaser to the use of this individual

ten pack of paint dot brushes without crediting or mentioning the author

of this product in any way. The purchaser of this license is entitled  to use

this ten pack of paint dot brushes to create commercial or non-commercial

art work that is royalty and credit free. This license agreement is in force

as long as the purchaser complies with my terms of use and services.

If the purchaser does not agree with my terms and service agreement and therefore

does not comply with it, this will then void the purchaser's license therefore

making all of my copyrights effective immediately.

With or without proper license under no circumstances should the user

of my gimp brushes claim credit for the creation of them.

 




TERMS OF USAGE AND SERVICE


The gimp brushes



The buyer is not merely purchasing gimp brushes. What the buyer is purchasing is my license agreement to use my custom brushes in their commercial or non-commercial artwork copyright free as long as the buyer adheres to my terms of usage and service. I make all of my gimp brushes in packs of ten unless a bonus pack or limited edition has been specified. Free samples have only one brush. If you obtain and use a free brush from me all of my copyright terms are in use.


Purchasing a license from me will free the user from all of my copyright terms that are either mentioned, unmentioned, or yet to be mentioned on this blog as long as the user agrees and complies with my terms of usage. You must purchase a license for each individual product which only applies to that particular item. My terms of usage and services are always in effect unless otherwise stated by me.
Copyright terms



Every Free sample as well as any of my art work that a license has not been purchased for is copyrighted. Whether the item is visibly marked as such or not. More than not you will see a © attached to my work.

This means that the user is bound by my copyright agreement. Which is the user must:


give credit to me for the creation of my custom brushes and or digital art if used.


provide a link to this blog or tell where you obtained the art or brush(es) from.


do not claim credit for my work.


do not use any of my free samples or art for any commercial ventures as they are for the user to preview.

TERMS OF USAGE AND SERVICE



When the buyer purchases any of my digital art for commercial or non-commercial use, the buyer is purchasing the right to use my art work copyright free as long as the buyer:


does not claim my artwork as his or her own.


does not upload or publish any of my art work or custom brushes to any image stock or gimp brush site or publication. I reserve the right to put my work there should I choose to.



does not use my artwork in any violent or defamatory way, or use my art work to promote the supernatural, the paranormal, illicit criminal, racial, deviant sexual behavior or for anything tangible or intangible that goes along the lines of the above mentioned. Do not add any of my work to any sexual content what so ever or any of the above mentioned because I do not agree with these.


does not sell or redistribute my artwork itself. In other words, the buyer cannot license my digital art reproduce and or alter it in any way and sell it as their own.


does not put my own digital art on T shirts or any other product such as greeting cards packaging etc. and distribute or sell these. You are welcome to use my gimp brushes that you yourself have purchased a license for to create your own original art for these purposes.



does not sell or transfer his or her purchased license until I decide that this is something that I am willing to permit. In the event that I decide that this practice is acceptable, I will update my terms of usage.



You may license my digital art as image stock, for all of your advertising and graphic design needs. I ask that you only add my art to your creation and do not alter the art itself. If you are graphic designer, cutting out and blending the whole image into your advertisement is okay but you must first license any digital art that you plan to use from me before you do this.







Freelance and commission work

All I ask for are the 4 C’s

Contract -for terms that we both agree on.

Credit -please give me credit for my work

compensation -please pay me.money,coffee,etc.

copy -grant me a copy for my portfolio. (APPLIES TO MY DIGITAL ART USED FOR PUBLICATIONS)





The above content is my terms of usage and services and copyright agreements. I reserve the right to subject these terms to change by amending, subtracting, updating any of the content in these agreements as I see fit.



If anyone who views this content does not agree with any of its subject material, please do not use my art and brushes at all to avoid any future problems.
