Herbolution

Welcome

We are welcome you and wish you a pleasant experience with Herbolution. We strive to make it happen and work hard to satisfy all your green needs. Please, read our policy BEFORE you buy product with us.

Payment

We accept PayPal payment service and therefore you are able to pay with following currently supported credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please, make sure that your address is correct and matches information on file with your credit card, because a single mistake may delay the processing of your order.

We also accept money orders issued by US Post office ONLY. Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive the money order from you.

Sorry, we DO NOT accept personal and cashier’s checks at this time.

If you intend to place international order, please contact us before you make a purchase.

Shipping

Carrier

We currently use USPS shipping services only: Priority Mail and First Class. Signature confirmation can be included into shipping upon request for additional fee.

Time of shipment

Each order is processed and shipped within 1-3 business days but we reserve the right to extend the processing time up to one week with prior notice.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified of tracking number by email address provided upon registration/checkout.

Delivery Time

We are not responsible for any delivery delays once product had left our facility. Approximate time of delivery can be checked with provided tracking number but is not guarantied.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returning a Product

We do our best to provide high quality products and keep our customers satisfied. All our products are hand made and if any of them have been noticed defected upon receipt, we will gladly accept return within 7 days. You must contact us immediately within 48 hours after product delivery to your address. This is the only condition for return. Herbolution takes best care to pack products properly and securely. We are not responsible for damages during carrier handling and these issues have to be addressed directly to carrier. If you think you might not be satisfied by the product we encourage to purchase small sample first before buying a full size. If there is no sample option currently available for purchase, please contact us with request and we will make it available as soon as possible.

Refunds

Your refund will be credited to original payment source. Кefund does not include shipping and handling cost, only product price will be refunded. If there is condition that it is our fault (for example, the wrong product shipped) we will refund the shipping as well.

Customized Products and Samples

We do not accept returns on customized products and samples.

Ingredients Policy

Storage

Our products contain only natural ingredients and no synthetic chemical preservatives, therefore proper storage conditions must be followed. Refrigeration is best way to keep product fresh but when it is not practical please keep in dry cool place away from direct sunlight.

Appearance

Herbolution products are free from synthetic emulsifiers, synthetic flavors, fragrances and synthetic coloring agents. Thus, slight color fading, ingredient separation, flavor weakening may occur. Always shake or stir before use!

Formula changes

We reserve the right to adjust any product’s ingredient formula due to ingredient availability. We will post change on website immediately. Returning customers are advised to check list of ingredients every time.

Disclaimer

Allergies

If you know you are allergic to any of ingredients or know that you may be, please consider our customization option for products.

We recommend purchasing sample product before buying a full size in order to test for known or unknown possible allergies. If there is no sample option currently available for purchase, please contact us with request and we will make it available as soon as possible. Patch test is best way to see the reaction of skin on particular ingredient combination.

No medical claims are implied on our website, and the information provided is for educational purpose only and not intended be used for self diagnosis or self treatment of any condition. Product statements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Use

All products are for external use only. Not for consumption by any circumstances.

If irritation or redness occurs wash affected part with soap water and stop using the product immediately.

If you are pregnant, nursing a baby, have diabetes, heart disease or epilepsy – consult with your doctor for approval to use our products with listed ingredients (we always honestly disclose full list of ingredients used).
