We have created this email privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information.

Why did you receive an email from us?

If you received a mailing from us, (a) your email address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in"), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.

How we protect your privacy

We use security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system.

Sharing and Usage

We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.

How can you stop receiving email from us?

Each email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us, or to change your expressed interests. If you wish to do this, simply follow the instructions at the end of any email.

If you have received unwanted, unsolicited email sent via this system or purporting to be sent via this system, please forward a copy of that email with your comments to info@hiawathad.com for review.

 
 

No refunds on custom work!

1) If you purchased a "Special Package"
2) If you have approved your design.
3) If work was commenced on your design and changes were effected at your request.
4) If the party for whom the artwork is being designed closes, or changes its name, or changes its activity.
5) If the project was cancelled for reason(s) unrelated to the design of Hiawatha D. art & design.
6) If you do not communicate with Hiawatha D. art & design for more than 1 month following the submission of the your design.

There is a 50% non refundable deposit to start all projects!

All orders must be paid in full before they can be picked up, shipped or delivered!

We gladley accept the following forms of payment:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Money Orders, Square, PayPal and or a Cashier's Check.

All the rights of design and logo artwork Hiawatha D. art & design has created for a specific client belong to the client for which it was designed.

The client is free to register as a trademark the logo design created for it by Hiawatha D. art & design.

Hiawatha D. art & design warrants that its designs are of its own creation and are not copied from or
inspired by existing designs or trademarks but does not warrant that a design the same as or
similar to that designed by it, but of which it was not aware at the time of its creation, does
not exist.

In the event that payment for any logo design is not made in accordance with the payment
policies of Hiawatha D. art & design, then all of client's rights in and to the logo design created for it,
including any trademark property, will immediately revert back to Hiawatha D. art & design.
