Have you considered submitting it to Trains Magazine or Railroad & Railfan?
Was this "planned" or did just happen? Is there a story behind it?
I'd enter it in some railroad photo competitions, i.e., Center for Railroad Photography in Wisconsin, etc.

Thanks Roger! This image was taken while I was fishing with my dad on the Columbia River...beautiful day and it just happened to be across the river with the perfect backdrop. I probably won't submit it to any competitions, but thank you for the compliment!
