Welcome to my store! and thank you for visiting. I hope you enjoy my jewelry as much as I have enjoyed creating it. I have also added all my sewing endeavors. I will change it up from time to time, showing both sewing and jewelry.
I will try to ship all purchases within 24 hours, unless it is the weekend or I am out of town. If there is a problem with the shipping, I will contact you, as soon as possible, via email. I ship all jewelry items USPS Priority Mail for the continental USA. If something arrives damaged, you may return it for a full refund. I haven't had that problem yet, but I guess there is always a first time.
For any International orders, I will ship International First Class Mail. If I can ship it better than that with the amount alotted, then I will do that. It really depends on the weight and the country to which I would be shipping. It is not insured and not returnable. But I will package really well, so we won't have a problem.
At a later date, if you should damage a piece of jewelry that you have purchased from me, I can do some repair work, but this would be evaluated on an item by item basis. Some things you just can't fix, ie a broken stone or a crushed earring. But sometimes I can make a replacement stone or repair a broken necklace. There is a small fee for repairs or modifications , but I am very reasonable. I do not change ring sizes, other than a 1/4 size up. So, please make sure you are choosing a size that fits. I try to be very accurate when describing the jewelry and/or the size of a ring. I also try very hard to identify any stone that I have used in a setting. I cut and polish almost all the cabs myself. I want my customers to be happy with their purchase, know what it is and enjoy wearing it. A happy client is the end goal.
Sales tax: Right now, there is no sales tax added to any orders. If you are not in the state of California, I do not have to collect sales tax. If an item sells to a person within the state of California, I am obligated to collect sales tax and pay the state. However,, the price of your piece will remain the same. It will not go up because of where you live. I will back the tax out at my end and pay the state the appropriate amount.
At this time, I am set up to accept Paypal online by whatever methods they collect from buyers. I can also take Visa or Mastercard over the phone.
And lastly, be sure to check out my other website... www.jewelrybysala.com and my storefront at www.etsy.com. I use the same name at all of them.
