The name "Soft Landings" was submitted by contest winner, Vanya.
It includes detailed pictorial instructions.
I prefer to use a soft flannel lining so little feet feel cozy in them as they take off for adventures in their dreams and have "Soft Landings" upon their return.
The pinwheel propeller can be securely sewn-on or snapped-on so it will spin. The wings are securely sewn in. It has elastic in the back that is sewn in-between the layers of fabric so the bootie will stay on and be comfy. For toddlers and older children... you may want to shorten the wings if you are concerned that they may pose a tripping hazard. I carry slipper gripper too, to make them non-slip.
You may create them in any fabric of your choice.

Babies'
Small - up to 3 1/3 inches
Medium- up to 3 2/3 inches
Large- 4 inches
Children's
C 3-4, 4 1/2"
C 5-6, 5 1/4
C 7-8, 6"
C 9-10, 6 3/4"
