Hi there! Thank you for visiting my store. This is the home of Lilian Ellaboudy Design and Lilmade Designs both brands are owned and managed by me. The following are my terms of use, please take a moment to read them before you place your order.

YOU MAY USE MY PRODUCTS TO CREATE

CUSTOMIZED DIGITAL PRINTABLES for resale such as stationary, party decor etc., as long as your digital printables are sold already personalized for a particular customer and delivered in flattened JPEG or PDF files. Please note: printables for your customer to personalize are not allowed.

PRINTED AND TANGIBLE PRODUCTS for resale in small scale (stationery, handmade or printed cards, brochures, flyers, business cards, all sort of printed party or stationery elements, games, jewelry, clothing, accessories, home decoration etc.)

DESIGNS FOR YOUR PRINT ON DEMAND STORE such as Zazzle, Cafe Press type of store.

LOGOS for you or for your customers, as long as the clipart is part of the design (you may not sell graphic "as is" as logo by itself)

WEB DESIGN AND WEB GRAPHICS such as websites/blog templates, banners, headers, footers, buttons and store front designs as long as the design is flattened and sol and/or displayed at a maximum resolution of 72 dpi. Please make sure it will bot be extractable.

DIGITIZED EMBROIDERY for resale as long as you sell the graphics digitized (in embroidery formats only)

TEACHERS AND EDUCATORS: You may use my graphics to create games and educational products for selling or personal use. Please provide a clickable link in your PDF, blog or wherever you display the file, and add a disclamer inside their PDF files to protect our cliparts, such as " a copyright statement indicates PDF file can only be used for personal and classroom use".

>> Sell our graphics "as is" and claim as your own.
>> Share or loan my graphics.
>> Resell as digital download.
>> Sell our original files, as clipart collections, turn them into tubes, brushes, or SVG cuts.

My licenses are not exclusive. Neither of my licenses transfer copyrights. Copyrights remain with Lillian Ellaboudy Design or Lilmade Design at all times.
