You can use our products personally or commercially for resale in small scale, in accordance with the terms of use listed below, and as long as your don't resell our original files. Our products are meant to be used as a design tool, you have to add a fair amount of your own work integrating our graphics into your design.

YOU MAY use our graphics to create:
► Items to be sold in an online digital scrapbooking store for personal use, scrap for hire and scrap for others.
► Printed or embroidered items to sell in small scale.
► Designs for your own print on demand store.
► Digitized embroidery designs for resale
► To design websites, blogs and web graphics (such as buttons, icons, logos, banners,headers, templates) as long as our graphics are presented at 72 dpi. and no larger than 200 x 200 pixels.

LIMITATIONS
►Do not sell them as is, they must be modified.
►Do not convert to paper piecing or cutting files.
►Do not use to create rubber stamps
►Do not use our products to create new commercial use products. No CU X CU unless otherwise stated.
►Share, loan is absolutely not allowed.
►Do not include our graphics in clipart sets, CD collection, Photoshop Brush sets, PSP tubes or E Bay / Mercado Libre type of website image collections.
►Do not claim our graphics as your own as is or altered. All copyrights remain with the Lilmade Design.

LIMITED LIABILITY
Our graphics are offered as is, without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Lilmade Design or its owners be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our graphics, websites, resources, tutorials or materials in any way.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE:
Our licenses are non-exclusive and do not transfer copyrights. When you purchase one of our products your are purchasing the license to use it, no the product itself. We retain the copyright of all our products at all times and reserve the right to use them for our business.
