4 Tips To Get Your Business Ready For The Holidays

It's that time of year again and hopefully you're getting ready...the holiday shopping season is right around the corner and consumers are already starting to stock up. 

The holiday season for a handmade seller can be the most successful time of year if you're prepared.  So, to help you a little bit, here are 4 tips for getting your business ready for the holidays:

Tip #1: Start thinking about your holiday product line and see if you can combine any individual items into gift sets...it's a great way to attract holiday shoppers and increase your average sale at the same time.

Tip #2: Keep your customers engaged early and promote your work by creating and sending an email newsletter to let them know what's new and what they can expect to see this holiday season.

Tip #3: Make sure and include a thank-you note with your customer purchases, even add a holiday promotion to differentiate you and help build your brand loyalty so your customers come back again and again.

Tip #4: With all the preparation for the holiday season, don't forget to take a little time for yourself so you don't get burnt out...remember, it's supposed to be fun so enjoy the ride!
