Tip #1: Respond to ALL of your customer inquiries...having a clear plan and consistent response for every type of customer interaction will help your business.
Tip #2: Send 'Thank You' notes to your customers...showing appreciation for your customers makes them appreciate you! And, try to write a personalized note even a simple handwritten “thank you” on their receipt lets them know that you care.
