I ship within
3 business days after receipt of payment via USPS, most orders will go out the
very next day, unless it is a custom order or a piece that needs drying over 24
hours.
I ship to
the address provided by etsy, if this is not a correct address or it needs to
be shipped elsewhere please make a note to me in the note to seller box.
Items are
shipped in a bubble mailer and packaged in a handmade fabric jewelry bag. I
will gift wrap any purchase by request for gift giving and can make a handmade
note card at no extra cost.

If you are
unhappy with your new item please contact me within 3 days, I will gladly make
arrangements with you in regards to an exchange. I only am able to do exchanges
on items.
