If you would like an item from my store that is not currently in stock, please send me an email and I will let you know when I will have your item back in stock.
Payment
I accept PayPal payments.
You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. On the right hand side of the next page you will see 2 options, the 2nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in any way that I can.
Shipping
The Quilters Touch ships to the USA only. Items are shipped USPS Priority in a sturdy shipping box.
All items are shipped within 3 working days of your payment clearing. I will email you when I ship with a tracking number. Shipping normally takes 2-3 business days.
Refunds and Exchanges
I'm sorry but at this time The Quilters Touch cannot accept refunds or exchanges, please purchase seriously
Custom Orders
Please contact me for any custom quilt orders. You can go online to my website for more details.
I require 50% down before starting any custom project and the remainder before delivery. I look forward to creating what will work for you.
Wholesale
I do not offer wholesale items at this time.
Other Policies and Info
The Quilters Touch reserves the right to refuse a sale to anyone with a history of abusive feedback and/or malicious behavior towards other Meylah members.
