sherykdesigns.com retains and reserves the right to modify, update and change the Terms of Use for all digital at anytime with or without notice. It is your responsibility to check for updates and changes to the Terms of Use.

Due to the digital nature of the ITEMS, there are NO REFUNDS on items delivered electronically. Please read and understand each product's descriptions carefully. If you have received your product corrupted due to broken download we can send you PURCHASED file(s) manually.
By purchasing or downloading products from sherykdesigns.com you are agreeing to the terms outlined in this document. All graphics, once sold or downloaded free of charge, do not become your property.

There is no extra fee for this use and must give credit to Shery K Designs anywhere the art is displayed or used in all cases and links back to www.sherykdesigns.com, the credit will be displayed like that:

Commercial Use No Credit Required:
You must purchase the extra fee for this use and credit is not needed. 

YOU MAY:

• Copy any file downloaded from our site on an electronic or physical medium (CDs, disks, etc.) for your own back-up purposes. I highly recommend that you do this, as I cannot guarantee that I will be able refresh your download links. 
• Print a copy of any graphic element to be used for your own personal projects, such as a Shutterfly book or hybrid scrapbook page. 
• Use these graphics for any project or product that will be sold or used to generate income under (1000 copies), such as :
  - paper goods including invitations, announcements, photo cards, party packs, printables and stationery .
  - Scrabble tiles, Magnets, Jewellery.
  - Embroidery appliques (must be a physical applique, no digital files). 
• Use these graphics for web templates, web design, e-mail templates, signatures or any other form of web based design.
• Additional small, handmade commercial products.

YOU MAY NOT:

• Resell or redistribute these graphics in any way, shape or form, that means you can't sell my designs as is "digital or printed" – Please direct those interested back to where you obtained the product.
• Change these graphics in some way to then claim them as your own. Do not use my designs to create your own designs (you may NOT use any part of my designs as a design tool), such as: In clipart, scrapbooking element, photoshop template collections for sale.
• Fabric or fabric patterns, collage sheets Use the graphics for any freebies except for teaching/educational resources, to share it with anyone or use it for anything mass production.
• Do NOT use this to create anything to promote or signify anything illegal or obscene in nature, nothing pornographic, racist or hate related. I ask that you please respect my TOU. I take a firm stance on these subjects.
