A note about this limited edition print:

Giving Up!

To be mediocre is easy.  Here is the formula:

1. You start something
2. Give up before completing what you started.
3. Repeat #1 by starting something else

Starting is important but rarely someone gets accolades for starting something. The magic is when you get good at completing.

Remember, that there is no “finishing” line at the start of the race. You have to run to the end to see one!

Where to use it:

In Your Office: As a reminder to everyone that you are not giving up anytime soon.

In Your Cube: Reminding everyone that giving up is not an option.

In the Conference Room: Reminder to everyone having meetings there - you are not a mediocre team.
