The problem with hard work is that usually it's not visible when you see the finished product.

• When you see someone deliver an amazing speech, you don't see the hours and days that were put in the preparation of the speech.
• When you see someone sing or dance flawlessly, you don't see the hours and days put in to practice singing or dancing.
• When you read a really good book, you don't see the hours and days put in planning, writing, editing, packaging and publishing the book.

Don't let that deceive you. There is "hard work" everywhere - especially where you see excellence.
