Today we are living in the world of information overload. You just can't avoid it. The smart phone of today is more powerful than the computer of yesterday. Most people are "always connected" - meaning always "doing" something and they never seem to have the time to just "think."

Believe me, their competency is not in question. If they wanted to and can set some time aside to think, they can do a good job at that - but they seem to be too busy to do that.
