My store policies are:
I will make every attempt to make you a very happy customer. If for some reason that doesn't happen I will exchange for a like item (if possible) or store credit. If that is not possible I will issue a credit for your purchase. I do ask that the item be sent back so I can learn from what went wrong.
I will ship your purchase within 48 hours of the payment clearing. I will make every effort to ship as soon as it hits and ship in in the most cost effective and time efficient manner. The small items will most likely be by mail and larger heavier items by UPS.
